Warranty Terms & Conditions
- This warranty is valid only if the warranty card is completed and returned to the ROBAM dealer within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- This warranty is effective only for appliances purchased from an authorized ROBAM dealer.
- The warranty card is non-transferable and cannot be replaced if lost.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects for domestic household use only.
- Warranty service must be carried out by an authorized ROBAM service contractor.
- Service charges may apply if proof of warranty cannot be presented.
- Warranty coverage is subject to the applicable warranty period for each product category.
Warranty Exclusions
- Damage resulting from normal wear and tear.
- Damage to accessories or removable parts.
- Damage caused by improper installation or misuse.
- Damage caused by fire, flood, lightning or other natural disasters.
- Damage caused by improper cleaning or unauthorized repair.
